Why is DJO sending me a bill?

DJO is a third-party provider that provides braces, splints and other clinically necessary orthopedic devices in your physician’s office, hospital or surgery center, to be prescribed by your provider. When required, your provider will select one of the DJO items to assist in your recovery, symptom or injury. During a recent visit to your physician's office, you were prescribed one of these items such as a walking boot, knee brace, shoulder sling or back brace, to name a few.

I paid my co-pay at the doctor’s office so why am I getting a bill?

Our services are separate from your doctor. DJO is a third-party provider contracted by your physician's office to provide braces and supports for their patients. The co-payment you have made is for the doctor’s services, not the product that was provided to you. If you would like to pay your bill now you can pay through your PersonaPay account. Click on this link to log in or create an account.

Do you have an online payment portal?

Yes! PersonaPay is our online portal. Go to www.personapay.com/djo to create an account and pay your bill.

Where do I find the information I need to access my account?

The information you need should be available on your most recent statement. If you don’t have a statement or are having trouble accessing your account, please contact us using one of the methods listed at the bottom of this page.

Is it safe to pay bills online using your service?

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Whenever you are paying bills, you are using a secure connection that fully protects your information. Data you provide cannot be viewed by anyone else on the Web. We do not share your information with anyone else. Security is maintained by industry-standard SSL/TLS (secure socket layer / transport layer security) encryption and decryption technology. The SSL/TLS protocol is used to ensure that your information is sent directly to us, and that only we can decode it. Please take notice of our security certificate listed on our online payment site. The payment site you are accessing meets all Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations and certifications.

I have a saved payment method and need to update it. How do I make changes?

You may edit your saved payment method by logging into your account at www.personapay.com/djo, clicking on your name in the upper right corner, and then selecting My Wallet. Your saved payment method(s) will be listed. You have the option to click on any of the saved methods to make changes or add a new payment method.

I made a payment but my balance hasn’t changed. Why?

Your balance will not change immediately after making a payment. We need time to process and post your payment to your account before your balance will change. Please check back after a few days.

I didn’t get my payment confirmation email. Is there a way to send or print a copy?

Yes. Log into your account at www.personapay.com/djo. While logged in, click on “View Payment History” and then “View Receipt” to print a copy. To email or text yourself a copy, click on “Account Activity” and then click on the payment you made. You will then have the option to “Send Email Receipt” or “Send Text Receipt”.
