Patients Financial Responsibility

Depending on your benefits plan, we will be able to provide for you, your estimated financial responsibility and the last time it was checked. Please be aware that this is an estimate only and we cannot guarantee that this will be the exact amount you will owe. Should you have any questions about this estimate, please contact your insurance provider directly.

Once your claim is adjudicated by your health plan you will receive a bill via mail from DJO/Enovis to the address we have on file. Your payment can be made by following the instructions provided on the bill. We are unable to accept payments prior to billing your insurance.

If you have chosen to self-pay, meaning we are not billing your insurance or you do not have insurance, you may reach us for payment via email at payment.options@enovis.com and someone will contact you to collect payment.

Need help paying your bill?

We offer alternative financing options for patients that need help paying their medical bills with customized interest-free payment plans.

  • Easy enrollment.
  • Simple terms. The interest-free plan you will qualify for is based on the amount you owe. (e.g., if you owe $800, you would qualify for a 12 month interest-free plan).

When is my first payment due?

Payment plans can be arranged with us once you receive your first statement. Follow the instructions on your bill in order to pay in full or establish a payment plan. Patients who setup a self-service payment plan with auto-pay in our payment portal Persona Pay, can choose their first payment date at the time of plan creation.
