dj Orthopedics Renews Soft Goods Supply Contract With HealthTrust Purchasing Group for Additional Three-Year Term

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- dj Orthopedics, Inc., (NYSE: DJO), a global medical device company specializing in rehabilitation and regeneration products for the non-operative orthopedic and spine markets, today announced that it has renewed its soft goods supply contract with HealthTrust Purchasing Group (HPG), a leading group purchasing organization that serves more than 1200 healthcare facilities nationwide, for an additional three-year term.

Under the agreement, which renewed November 1, 2005, dj Orthopedics will sell its full range of ProCare® soft goods products at a contracted price for distribution to HPG member facilities. In addition to soft goods, dj Orthopedics is also a contracted supplier with HPG for rigid knee bracing products, including functional knee bracing and post-operative bracing products, and for the Company's full line of cold therapy products.
