DJO Global Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Exos Corporation

SAN DIEGO, CA, - September 28, 2011 - DJO Global, Inc. (“DJO” or the “Company”), a leading global provider of medical device solutions for musculoskeletal health, vascular health and pain management, today announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Exos Corporation, providing DJO with exclusive rights to sell Exos’ broad range of upper extremity products that incorporate Exos’ thermoformable polymer technology in North and South America. Terms of the distribution agreement were not disclosed. The agreement commences October 1, 2011.

Based in Arden Hills, MN, Exos Corporation is a medical device company focused on a revolutionary thermoformable external musculoskeletal stabilization system. The company has filed several U.S. patents for the application, materials and construction of its products and is continuously adding to its intellectual property portfolio. 

Exos is the only thermoformable bracing system, offering a waterproof, removable, adjustable and reformable solution for the treatment of fractures and other injuries requiring stabilization.
