Ken Konopa

Ken Konopa oversees Enovis Growth Excellence™ (EGX), the company’s business management system consisting of tools and processes designed to drive continuous improvement and consistent growth. Throughout his career, Ken has held a series of progressive global leadership roles across various industries, beginning as a research scientist in nanocrystal and ocular products and advancing to executive positions in the industrial and MedTech sectors. Prior to Enovis, Ken was Chief Commercial Officer at ESAB, eventually moving to Howden as Executive Vice President of Strategy and M&A. He has led more than 20 acquisitions in dental, electronic industrial and manufacturing, and spearheaded global expansion efforts into China, Asia and India for Kohler, Danaher Corporation and Colfax (which became Enovis in 2022) over the last 25 years.

Ken earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Canisius University and his MBA from St. John Fischer University.
