Laura Singleton

Laura Singleton serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Enovis since April 2026, where she leads the company’s global human resources strategy and supports its continued growth and transformation. Since joining the organization in 2017 - then operating as DJO - Laura has been an integral member of the Human Resources leadership team. Most recently, she held the role of Vice President of Human Resources, where she led the company’s global mergers and acquisitions HR strategy and provided strategic support to the Reconstructive business segment and corporate functions. 

Laura began her career at Dell in Austin, Texas, and has since built a distinguished track record across the biotech and life sciences industries, holding a variety of senior leadership roles. She brings a deep understanding of Enovis, broad and diverse human resources expertise, and a strong strategic perspective. Known for her commitment to the company’s values and behaviors, Laura is a trusted leader who fosters organizational effectiveness and talent development, helping position Enovis for its next phase of growth and long-term success.
