Louie Vogt

Louie Vogt is the Group President of the Reconstructive Business Group for Enovis. He joined Enovis in 2017 leading the Marketing, Product Management and Sales organizations and later transitioned to the President and General Manager of the Surgical division. Mr. Vogt is a dynamic and visionary leader driving innovation, growth and strategic excellence. He inspires a winning culture centered on positive competition, transparent accountability and disciplined customer focus that creates a competitive advantage with high employee and customer engagement. With over 20 years of Ortho Recon experience, he has a reputation and track record for transforming organizations and delivering exceptional results. Prior to Enovis, Mr. Vogt spent more than 15 years with Zimmer and Zimmer Biomet in key leadership roles in Trauma and Extremities, Hip and Knee Recon, Sports Medicine and Orthobiologics. He earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from Purdue University.
