Scott Ertl

Scott Ertl is Executive Vice President, Global Operations at Enovis, having joined the company in July 2026. In this role, he leads the strategic direction and execution of Enovis' global manufacturing, operations, and supply chain functions, with a focus on advancing operational excellence, strengthening supply chain resilience, improving scalability, and delivering high-quality products and services to customers around the world.

Scott brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience leading complex global manufacturing, operations, and supply chain organizations. Before joining Enovis, he served as Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain at Charter Manufacturing, where he was responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and supply chain operations and partnered with business leaders to drive operational performance and long-term growth.

Previously, Scott served as Chief Operating Officer at CentroMotion, where he led a global organization of more than 3,000 employees across 22 manufacturing facilities. During his tenure, he spearheaded strategic planning and operational transformation initiatives that delivered significant productivity improvements and long-term value creation while strengthening organizational capabilities and culture. Earlier in his career, Scott spent more than a decade at Milwaukee Tool, serving as Executive Vice President of Distribution & Global Accessories Operations and a member of the executive leadership team.

Scott serves on the Board of Directors of Nopak Corporation and has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including CannedWater4Kids. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Concordia University Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Purdue University. He has also completed executive development programs in leadership, crisis management, coaching, and mentoring and has pursued doctoral studies in business administration.
