Terry Ross

Terry Ross, Group President of Prevention & Recovery, brings extensive experience building continuous improvement culture and leading organizational change in complex, global businesses. Mr. Ross joined Enovis, formerly Colfax, in 2012 as Senior Vice President & General Manager of Colfax Reliability Services and later served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development. Prior to joining Enovis, he served as President of Energy Flow Solutions at Crane and held several strategy, marketing, and general management roles at Danaher, including Vice President & General Manager of the Service business at Gilbarco Veeder Root. Mr. Ross began his career in manufacturing and supply chain at GE. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and his MBA from Harvard Business School, graduating as a Baker Scholar.
