Crafted from aluminum and carbon fiber, the rails come in lengths of 250 mm, 300 mm, 350 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, and 600 mm. They are interchangeable across the EF1 external fixation product line, providing surgeons with enhanced flexibility during procedures.

Bar to Collet Clamp
The Bar to Collet Clamp is compatible with all EF1 External Fixation frames, accommodating various pin collet, rail, and spacer sizes. It securely clamps onto spacers or struts and accepts 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, and 6 mm pins. Its sunburst design allows 360˚ rotation for secure locking in any position.

The system enables surgeons to bridge the knee joint, providing 70˚ of motion across its range.

Angulation and Rotation
Featuring a sunburst design, the Bar to Angular Correction Clamp rotates 360˚ and locks firmly in place. Similar to the Bar to Collet Clamp, it accommodates a broad range of pin collet, pin, and spacer sizes. When used with a collet, the system provides both collet rotation and ball angulation, maximizing its flexibility for precise angular adjustments.
