DJO delivering knee and back bracing products in 95% of all competitive bidding areas

DJO and SEGO Home Medical have finalized a multi-faceted agreement to enable continued access to DJO products in 95% of all competitive bidding areas. DJO entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with SEGO Home Medical (SEGO) on December 14, 2020, to purchase all assets related to SEGO’s orthotic supply business. In conjunction with the asset purchase, DJO and SEGO's have requested that the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor transfer SEGO’s Medicare DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program contract to DJO. The contract covers 95% of the competitive bidding areas (CBAs) for off-the-shelf back and knee braces.

DJO and SEGO have entered into a subcontracting arrangement to coordinate patient service and ensure no disruption in patient access to DJO off-the-shelf back and knee braces.

DJO is actively pursuing similar subcontract arrangements with winning contract suppliers in the remaining 5% of Medicare Competitive Bidding CBAs.  Click here for more information on how you can continue to provide your patients high quality DJO braces.
