The STAR® Ankle Certification pathway focuses on advancing health care professionals' proficiency in using the Scandinavian Total Ankle Replacement (STAR® Ankle) system.
This hands-on, cadaveric training covers critical aspects of total ankle arthroplasty, including indications, contraindications, potential complications, post-operative protocols, and the utilization of patient-specific instrumentation (PSI).
The certification pathway accommodates flexible instruction delivered by an approved Product Manager (PM) or experienced health care professional (HCP). For those already certified, refresher labs using sawbones or cadaveric models ensure continued proficiency and familiarity with the STAR® Ankle system.
