Product Warranties
At DJO, LLC, Surgi-Care, Inc., Ortho Pros Express, Inc., as well as other direct and indirect DMEPOS supplier subsidiaries of Enovis Corporation (collectively known as “Enovis”), our warranty policy is consistent with industry standards for similar products. The warranty period is valid from the date of purchase, with some products enjoying extended guarantees (see table below). Normal wear and tear during the use of a product is not considered a defect.

Returns Process
Enovis may allow the return of certain products for specific reasons. The return policy for each supplier entity is listed below.
DJO
If you received your product from DJO, and if you received your product on the same day in an office setting, DJO accepts returns within 14 days from the date of service. Before returning or exchanging any product offered from DJO OfficeCare, please contact a Customer Care Representative for a Return Merchandise Authorization by phone 888-225-4398. They will assist you with product specific return policies.
If you received your product from DJO, and if your product was shipped to your home address, clinic or field service representative, DJO accepts returns within 30 days from the date of service for functional bracing and 90 days from the date of service for Osteoarthritis (OA) bracing. Before returning or exchanging any product to DJO Insurance Bracing, please contact a Customer Care Representative for a Return Merchandise Authorization by phone 800-548-3370. They will assist you with product specific return policies.
If you received your product from DJO, and if you received a bone growth stimulator that is malfunctioning, please contact a Customer Care Representative by phone 800-263-6004. Customer Support will provide technical assistance to determine the extent of the problem or educate you on the correct use of the device. If the device cannot be made to function properly, a replacement device will be sent to you at no cost/free of charge. The malfunctioning device will need to be returned to DJO for testing and evaluation. This procedure can be done at any time, during the course of treatment. The course of treatment is defined as the nine (9) month period between the time the device is initiated and the Two Hundredth and Seventieth (270th) treatment.
Surgi-Care, Inc.
If you received your product from Surgi-Care, Inc., Surgi-Care does not accept returns because Surgi-Care does not have a process for safely accepting used products. Replacements are allowed for defective products only. To request a replacement product, please contact a Customer Care Representative by email at inquires@surgi-careinc.com or by phone 888-290-8905.
OrthoPros Express, Inc.
If you received your product from OrthoPros Express, Inc. (OPE), OPE accepts returns within 14 days from the date of service. Before returning or exchanging any product, please contact a Customer Care Representative for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by email at OPEInfo@DJOglobal.com or by phone 888-366-5691. They will assist you with product specific return policies.
