A 60-year-old male with midfoot Charcot arthropathy, prior failed surgery, and broken hardware underwent a revision medial column fusion using the DynaNail Mini® Fusion System and bone allograft. The patient started a progressive weight-bearing program 12 weeks post-surgery and achieved full stability and healing by 4.5 months post-op.
